“We took the city tour for 2 hours. Don’t waste your time & money. Once we got started,fyi…it’s prerecorded. What was in the audio didn’t match where we were! Left us puzzled as what are we looking at except the obvious was the lake! 2 hours included dropping off people for 2 other tours or addition to the city tour. I give a lot of credit for bus driver on the narrow streets, u turns as well as construction going on. You’re on your own once you board the bus, plug in your ear buds right away. “This tour offered exactly what it said. The directions are good. Covers early - early history in detail which includes ALOT of info about various churches which was a bit more detail than I needed. Seemed to drag for us but did give us our bearings around Old Town. Did not cover items about WWII, the city's bomb shelters, tc. Probably didn't help that our group had been up for 24 hours and had just arrived. Would like to stress this lived up to it's description. It just didn't light our lamp as a 5 Star tour. Was a good value for a low price. We would do it again…”

“The tour was great. Well put together and have an interesting perspective of Geneva. Unfortunately the tech was frustrating. You need to have really good data coverage! I experienced drop outs and slow loading. Several times the whole tour had to be restarted. There was no way that I could see to down load the tour onto my device which would have saved a lot of problems.”

“The tour is great. You can stop and start as you like. We learned a lot and were happy for the tour. Only issue is I paid twice because when I downloaded the app I hadn’t yet gotten the Viator email with code and instructions. So if you buy through trip advisor, wait a few minutes and follow instructions in the email. When you download the app, it asks you to pay but the email has a code.”
