“Annecy is a very beautiful town. The canals are clean and beautiful. We enjoyed our trip. Viator was very unhelpful when I booked the wrong day and I was made to pay twice when I cancelled and rebooked. That was very disappointing.”

I enjoyed the wine and cheese and the boat operator was a fine person and it was nice to do for the hour. Would I say it was my favorite probably not. I did a one day tour of Chamonix and a 3 hour chocolate tasting and walking tour which were better. It was a nice cruise on Lake Geneva but somehow I was expecting more. “This was not just the highlight of our trip to Geneva, but probably one of the best experiences of our lifetimes. Getting so close to Mont Blanc completely changes your perspective about what’s important in life. It is hard to describe it, one has to experience it. The day trip was very well structured and perfectly organized. We were given clear instructions on what to expect and what to do, so there was no confusion or wondering what’s going on. Our guide Chris was amazing! He provided historical, technical, and cultural information, but also volunteered to share interesting facts and anecdotes, which made the whole experience truly enjoyable.”
