“The views alll along the trip were amazing! It was a beautiful sunny day. Our guide, Kid, was fabulous. He kept us moving, helped everyone get the best pictures, ensured nobody was left behind, and he was entertaining. We loved Kid, he added so much to the experience. And he advised us to get food for lunch before we left Zürich, and to eat it on the cog train during the assent so as not to upset our stomachs. The views from both outside viewing areas were breathtaking. The walk through the glacier was fun and intriguing. The gondola ride on the way down was fantastic with the setting sun…”

“It was a lovely day! I was disappointed by the amount of time we had in Lucerne. I wish the bus could drop us off closer to downtown - as walking to and back to it takes about 20 mins. If anyone gets motion sickness they definitely need to take medication before this tour. It was an incredibly experience and a beautiful way to see Lucerne and Mt. Pilatus! It was a long day but one filled with excellent memories.”

“We took the city tour for 2 hours. Don’t waste your time & money. Once we got started,fyi…it’s prerecorded. What was in the audio didn’t match where we were! Left us puzzled as what are we looking at except the obvious was the lake! 2 hours included dropping off people for 2 other tours or addition to the city tour. I give a lot of credit for bus driver on the narrow streets, u turns as well as construction going on. You’re on your own once you board the bus, plug in your ear buds right away. “Firstly i was not told about the other packages my friend paid extra and i had to also pay extra so i was not on my own the tour guide basically stated that if we were going on his tour he would not look after us. If this was stated in the begining i would have been aware. Me and my friend went on two completely different tours.”
