“When booked for November 2025, boat ride & gondola lift were both cancelled when we showed up. They compensated with $20 certificate per person to spend at Mount Pilatus, but this was very disapointing. Would not have booked this tour if knew this in advance. Guide was no benefit as they only accompanied us for the bus ride to and from Mount Pilatus and really didn't add to the experience.”

“It was a lovely day! I was disappointed by the amount of time we had in Lucerne. I wish the bus could drop us off closer to downtown - as walking to and back to it takes about 20 mins. If anyone gets motion sickness they definitely need to take medication before this tour. It was an incredibly experience and a beautiful way to see Lucerne and Mt. Pilatus! It was a long day but one filled with excellent memories.”

“Well worth it! Bus tour for an hour followed by tram tour of old town followed by boat cruise. Our experience lasted 3.5 hours. Very enjoyable. Included a nice snack and wine on the boat.”

“Very little information. I was hoping to get more information about the city and country. The information they have was not relevant. They also sailed very far from the coast so capturing photos was difficult. It’s just a short boat ride. Nothing more. I would not recommend this.”

“This tour was the 3rd tour I did In the weekend I was in Geneva. I have to say this one was ok good compared to the other tours I did. I enjoyed the wine and cheese and the boat operator was a fine person and it was nice to do for the hour. Would I say it was my favorite probably not. I did a one day tour of Chamonix and a 3 hour chocolate tasting and walking tour which were better. It was a nice cruise on Lake Geneva but somehow I was expecting more. I was also the only attendee who gave a tip to the boat…”

“Realizing this town can be seen in 2 hours and we booked more than 1/2 day. Take a few pretty pictures. Walk across two bridges and then you will be bored unless you came here to eat.”
