“Well it is not what is advertised. Never went to Lake Lucerne or the glacier express train. The tour owner/operator Jonas, pulled the bait and switch at the original price after you pay. The following day, we met with our awesome guide Jean, but he informs us we are taking the train from Basel to St. Moritz instead. “This was a great tour. We got to see a lot of the country with some personal attention by our sweet tour guide, Dominique. We had some difficulties with the Glacier Express, in that they had double booked our reserved seats. We ended up in the back of the train and so the service was less than first class.
