“Had high hopes however the trip was a little boring. The first two stops were pointless, we got off the van walked down the street and got picked up. Beautiful views everywhere however, way overpriced. The visit to Grindelwald was good, time to eat and walk around. The stop at Lauterbrunnen was also very cool, quick hike over a bridge with great Mountain Views. This trip could easily be done by renting a car and doing it on your own.”

“Our tour guide Kid was annoying. At first he was funny and entertaining, but by the end of the tour he was rude, bossy and otherwise obnoxious. We sat in the front seat of the bus on the trip back to Lucerne and there was a tire pressure warning on the truck console. The driver came close several times to hitting another car, and at one point the whole console lit up in orange when he stopped suddenly. We enjoyed going to Harder Kulm on our own and seeing Interlaken from above. We probably could have seen Interlaken and Grindelwald on our own without booking the tour.”

“I’ve booked many Viator trips prior to this one….unfortunately this trip was very disappointing. It was a HUGE bus with MANY people, with only 2 guides. The instructions were very confusing for all of us. The places we went were beautiful but the confusing instructions for what our options were once we got to the cities weren’t adequate. I heard this from many other passengers. It was basically transportation to the 2 cities and not much guiding or information.”

“This tour is not worth it. You spend the majority of your time on a bus just getting there. Several stops were made to pick up other people and by the time you get to the mountain there really isn't time to do any of the activities which is why we went. We paid for the activities before we arrived and then we could not do them because the lines were so long by the time we arrived.”

“Travel to Jungfraujoch was very pleasant experience. Whole area is so beautiful that you get lost in it. Itinerary talked about lot more hours than what we got. Under "What to expect" section it says 1 hour for Grinderwald, 4 hours for Jungfraujoch and 2 hours for Lauterbrunnen. There is no way we received anywhere close to these hours. These hours were the reason why we decided to book this tour. We could have just done the tour ourselves by buying tickets directly and spent more time at every location.”
