“Gabor was excellent and provided just enough detail. The cheese factory was awesome and so was everything about Gruyere! The Chocolate Factory visit a little disappointing but the samples were plentiful and fun! It was a lovely day and scenery stunning! Wish a bit more of the day would have been closer to the lake rather than heavily congested freeways but I realize that would extend timing. Overall a delightful way to spend the day and highly recommend.”

Seemed a bit pricey for what we got, especially considering we had to pay for the cheese tour and chocolate tour when we arrived at each location. The cost you pay is strictly for a driver.”

I was not allowed to visit the Cheese factory with cheese tasting because the guide said this is not included on this trip, only the Gruyere gold day trip. However the itinerary clearly says the cheese factory is included. Waste of money.”

“My mother and I met Christoph at the train station in the morning and headed out for our day. He guided us easily through the efficient Swiss transportation system first to Gruyere with its cheese factory and lovely town and then on to Maison Callier for a very thorough tour of the chocolate factory. All the while, Christoph provided information about the area and answered our many questions of life in Switzerland. We had good conversations, and he was very attentive and helpful with my 80-year-old mother. It was a very entertaining and educational day.”

“Guide was not friendly or knowledgeable. Cheese stop was not interesting. No cow's. Just recorded cartoon type info.He walked us around Bern with very little commentary and forgot to show us bathrooms after being asked. Jerked the van a lot.”
