“The views alll along the trip were amazing! It was a beautiful sunny day. Our guide, Kid, was fabulous. He kept us moving, helped everyone get the best pictures, ensured nobody was left behind, and he was entertaining. We loved Kid, he added so much to the experience. And he advised us to get food for lunch before we left Zürich, and to eat it on the cog train during the assent so as not to upset our stomachs. The views from both outside viewing areas were breathtaking. The walk through the glacier was fun and intriguing. The gondola ride on the way down was fantastic with the setting sun…”

“Wow, this experience made our short stay in Interlaken absolutely worth it. We had Thomas as our guide and you could tell he genuinely enjoyed his job and the history he is able to relay to the guests along the hike! It was very manageable physically and the views were totally breathtaking. We got lucky that it was an incredibly clear and sunny day at the top of the mountain. Be prepared for any motion sickness due to the travel to get up to the mountain but otherwise this was great!”

“While this was a nice excursion, it wasn’t clearly stated in the write up that it cost extra to go all the way to the “Top of Europe”. We made the best of our time. What we didn’t appreciate was the strong sales pitch and push to get us to pay more.”

“Amazing scenery. If you love hiking, mountains and riding unique trains it is worth spending 3-5 days in this area and buying the Jungfrau region travel pass. It only covers this immediate area, and the boat rides on the lakes are not covered with 3-4 day passes only 5 or more, so plan accordingly. Also note that many of these railways are closed during winter, some opening late May.”

“Our guide, Olga, was amazing and very informative. She did a great job leading our group through all of the stops and making sure we were all accounted for. The views up at Jungfraujoch were breathtaking, until a storm rolled in. There was an Indian buffet at the top (as well as other options) and that really warmed our souls staring at the snow. As with most tours there is never enough time but being a 12 hour day it would be hard to extend this day any longer.”

“Terrific trip! We opted for staying overnight at Grindelwald and truly enjoyed the town and the close proximity to hiking trails. Our stop at Interlaken was also enjoyable but dedicating more time enjoying the beautiful scenery outside of Grindelwald was the right choice for us.”

“Travel to Jungfraujoch was very pleasant experience. Whole area is so beautiful that you get lost in it. Itinerary talked about lot more hours than what we got. Under "What to expect" section it says 1 hour for Grinderwald, 4 hours for Jungfraujoch and 2 hours for Lauterbrunnen. There is no way we received anywhere close to these hours. These hours were the reason why we decided to book this tour. We could have just done the tour ourselves by buying tickets directly and spent more time at every location.”

“We were met near the Central Station in Lucerne by our skilled driver and knowledgeable guide and driven to Interlachen a lovely town on route to the mountain..On arrival to our destination we could not put our cameras down.Breathtakingly beautiful views were seen from Eiger after ascending the mountain by train.A must.if you visit the Lucerne area. My only criticism Is that our party of 8 had no guide for half the day.Others had chosen to go to Jung Frau.The increased cost of 92 SFranks per person was something our party of 8 could not entertain.Perhaps separate these tours in the future or have two guides on board.”
