“The tour was nice and gives you just enough time to enjoy each stop. The only thing I would change would be to give the option to be dropped off at Old Town or the Bus Terminal - especially since it would be easy to let people off at Old Town as the bus does the final drive through Old Town.”

“In hindsight, this trip could be easily be put together yourself if you are comfortable booking train travel. We were brought to a train station and then told what to do on our own anyway. Lucerne is a big disappointment after being in Zurich. Very touristy and the tour sends you into a watchmaker as their first stop.”

“You can walk down halfway to the bottom on a nice trail. No need to reserve a space to walk down. If planning on taking the gondola down you need to reserve a spot.”
